Air Canada Sucks

It seems like every time we travel with Air Canada they either delay or cancel a flight on us.  This time was no different.  The only leg of our flight where we traveled via Air Canada was from New York to Ottawa.  We had gotten all of our tickets and passed through security in San Jose before we left.  We stopped over in Denver and had no problems there with any boarding tickets. 

When we arrived in New York we tried to head to our gate which wasn't posted anywhere.  Air Canada's gates were down some ugly corridor and there was another security stop we had to pass through.  That is weird.  Normally when you are just transferring you only have to go through security once.  We presented our boarding passes to security and they said that they were no good and we had to get new ones.  So off we go to Air Canada's ticket desk where we waited in line with the other angry customers.  The lady gives us new tickets and says and a cheery voice "By the way, your flight has been delayed".  What?  There is no clouds in the sky and they have to delay a flight?  Pretty much all of Air Canada's flights were delayed.  Apparently the flight to Toronto the day before was cancelled all together.  Nice.  All other airlines seemed to be flying no problem. 

Anyway, we eventually got home and I will avoid Air Canada as much as possible in the future.
