Nobody feels sorry for you anymore Steve Moore. 
At least nobody who is a legitimate hockey fan or is associated with the NHL.
You have no respect for the game or the league in which your brother still makes a living. 
The game is already suffering from the tabloid media which is trying to vilify our national hero.  They forget the millions of dollars he has given and raised for charity on their way to trashing his impeccable reputation.

Is it coincidence that you filed this after Bertuzzi played in his first Olympic game where he wasn't booed once.
Does it bother you that Canadians are cheering rather than jeering Bertuzzi.
Maybe it's the fact that you have seen his Team Canada teammates laughing and joking with him during practice.
It is obvious that they respect him more than you.  By filing this, and the timing of this filing you are giving them even more reason not to respect you. 

Not to respect you as a hockey player and even more as a person. 

It's nice to see your Parents aren't far behind you in trying to hit the Bertuzzi lottery.  Seeking $1.5 million in damages. 

I guess when you threw your vicious elbow on Naslund giving him a concussion and lacerating his face, him and his parents should have sued you.

Hopefully a Canadian Judge will throw this out of court just like the judge in Colorado did.
